CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS POLICY

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
SportsID, Inc. is committed to providing a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for youth athletes and all users of the SportsID platform. We have zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform or any affiliated product. This policy applies to all SportsID, Inc. platforms and applications, including SportsID, CampID, TournamentID, CoachID, TeamID, and all related products and services.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
SportsID strictly and explicitly prohibits the following:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) — The creation, distribution, uploading, sharing, or storage of any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors in any form.
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — Any conduct, communication, or content that constitutes, facilitates, promotes, or glorifies the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Grooming — Any attempt to build inappropriate relationships with minors through deceptive, manipulative, or exploitative communication for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
- Solicitation — Soliciting sexual content from, or engaging in sexual conversations with, any person under the age of 18.
- Inappropriate Content Targeting Minors — Sharing, distributing, or promoting sexually explicit or suggestive content to or about minors.
3. Platform Safeguards
SportsID employs the following measures to protect minors on our platform:
- Age-appropriate design — The SportsID platform is designed with youth athletes in mind. Content, messaging, and interactions are maintained to support a safe environment for all ages.
- AI Brain System safety filters — Our built-in AI chatbot system includes sport-specific, age-appropriate guardrails to prevent inappropriate interactions.
- User reporting mechanisms — Users can report suspected abuse, inappropriate content, or harmful behavior directly through the platform.
- Content moderation — SportsID actively reviews and removes content that violates our Child Safety Standards.
- Account enforcement — Users found to be in violation of this policy will have their accounts immediately suspended or permanently terminated, and relevant reports will be made to the appropriate authorities.
4. Reporting a Child Safety Concern
If you encounter or suspect any child safety violations on the SportsID platform, please report it immediately:
- Email: safety@sportsid.io
- In-app reporting: Use the "Report" function on any user profile, content, or message.
SportsID takes all reports seriously and acts promptly. Where required by law, SportsID will report incidents involving CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

6. Compliance
This policy is maintained in compliance with:
- Google Play Developer Policy — Child Safety Standards
- The PROTECT Our Children Act
- NCMEC mandatory reporting requirements
- All applicable federal and state laws regarding the protection of minors
7. Policy Updates
This policy is reviewed and updated regularly. Significant changes will be communicated to users through the platform. Continued use of the SportsID platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
